Krista Ann Dolan

Krista Dolan is a staff attorney with the Innocence Project of Florida, which she joined in January 2018. Prior to joining IPF, Ms. Dolan spent 5.5 years with the Kentucky’s statewide public defender system, the Department of Public Advocacy (DPA), litigating post-conviction cases for capital and non-capital clients in both state and federal court. Prior to joining DPA, she held positions at the American Bar Association’s Death Penalty Representation Project, the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia, and the Office of the Public Defender in Tallahassee, FL. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida, her master’s and law degrees from Florida State University, and her LL.M. from American University Washington College of Law. She has published several pieces in the areas of federal habeas and criminal justice reform. Ms. Dolan is licensed to practice in New York, Kentucky, and Florida, and admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States.
