also known as Rachel Borntreger, Rachel Hill Borntreger
I am a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Marital & Family Law, known as a proven expert and recognized for my advanced knowledge, skills and ethics. Fewer than 7% of Florida attorneys have this designation.
I handle complex financial matters, business valuations, parental alienation and high-conflict parenting cases. I work personally with clients to develop a strong legal strategy, focused on preserving their financial assets, protecting their family’s future, and easing the stresses of litigation. Although I am primarily a trial attorney, I am equally skilled in alternative dispute resolutions to save my clients time, money and emotional strain. I am the founding president of our local non-profit, Capital Collaborative Group, dedicated to promoting private and respectful divorces.
