Attorney Adam Komisar is Brilliant! A Mestro of Law. He was highly recommended to my son and I. Upon our meeting Attorney Komisar, I was immediately drawn to his confidence and calming demeanor. Although, my son who he represented and charged with domestic abuse of his daughter, said Attorney Kom...isar can rip the truth out of the most hostile witness. He submitted a Memorandum of Law to the court prior to my son's hearing. It was superbly written. It was obvious the judge was lending toward dismissing my son's case (assuming based upon the Memorandum), before real questioning of the attorneys began. Although, the judge was very fair and almost begged the opposing attorney to refute the Memorandum with argument and evidence...he could not. Attorney Komisar gained the respect from the judge. The judge asked him to explain case Law and Statue to the other opposing attorney. He was extremely impressive with his knowledge and composure. Court spectators were astonished. The Mestro at work. He won my son's case. It was DISMISSED! I highly recommend Attorney Adam Komisar.

No one likes being in jail, especially for the first time with having created quite a complicated scenario… Fortunately there are the hidden or not so hidden gems out there as I’m learning, such as Adam and his team. Adam has represented me for more than a year. My case started as a misdemeanor charge upgraded to a felony by our state attorneys office. In our first hearing Adam had only the evening before a 8:00 am to prepare It took Adam only 15 min presenting his 30 page case posture only prepared hours befo...re the hearing to settle the out come of the hearing. Adam's preparation and presentation left the state prosecutor totally flat footed. The hearing quickly concluded in our favor. My case has required many other hearings and the results were the same.
