A Background That Sets Her Apart

Jennifer's path to family law is unlike most. Before entering private practice, she served as an Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases in Florida's court system, and as an Assistant Attorney General working in both child support enforcement and the Ethics Bureau. She has seen how the system works from the inside, and she uses that knowledge every single day to protect her clients' rights, anticipate opposing strategies, and secure results that matter.
She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Florida (1999) and both her Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Stetson University College of Law (2002), where she specialized in Trial Advocacy and earned a Certificate in Concentration in Advocacy. She has been a licensed Florida attorney since 2004, in good standing with no disciplinary history.

In 2024, Jennifer founded Erlinger Family Law, P.A., to provide Jacksonville families with the focused, personal, and relentless representation that large firms often can't offer. Her practice is built on three core principles: transparency, responsiveness, and results. Clients always know where their case stands — and Jennifer never stops working until the best possible outcome is achieved.
Prior to founding her firm, Jennifer successfully represented hundreds of clients at Wood, Atter & Wolf, P.A., handling complex family law cases, criminal defense for adults and juveniles, and administrative law matters involving Florida state agencies. Her breadth of experience across multiple areas of law gives her a distinct advantage in high-conflict and multifaceted cases.

A Champion for Children and Families
Jennifer's dedication to families extends far beyond the courtroom. She has served as a Guardian Ad Litem for foster youth aging out of the Florida system, giving a voice to children who have none. She volunteers at local Jacksonville schools, donates her time to charitable causes, and has built her entire career around one mission: protecting the people who need it most.
