Collected Full Fee of Probate. Never filed.

He took the full probate fee from me upfront and then never filed for probate. Gave dangerously incorrect legal advice that could have cost me a great deal of money. Would only refund 10% of the fee even though he did not do the work.

In need of assistnace

A disabled member of family had a complex Social Security/Medicare issue that needed to be resolved in relation to some pending litigation which attorney David was able to sort-out quickly and effectively.

Great knowledgeable lawyer
