Jennifer is exceptional at making the task at hand look easy. She listens to and addresses your concerns, and takes the time to relate to you as if you are the only case she is handling at that moment (trust me, she's a busy woman). She will tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly about your case ...whether you want to hear it or not; she keeps it real. She's the first attorney my husband and I called when starting our case and just by how she addressed our questions and listened to the dynamics of everything that had occurred up to the point of us calling her, we knew immediately she was the one to get our case resolved. And let me tell you, we are still mind blown how the first part of our case ended. She exceeded our expectations. And let's not forget her amazing legal assistant, Michelle, who did an amazing job at getting things coordinated between us and Jennifer. These two are an amazing team. Jennifer and Michelle, thank you for all you have done for our family; you rock!!!!

I’m new to Florida and am not very familiar with the laws of this state when it comes to a Divorce. I have to say this really caught me off guard. When I was presented with divorce papers by my then wife, I didn’t know what to do. I started going online and reading reddit threads on divorce. That was... my only resource. In one thread a law firm kept coming up, it was, Wood, Atter & Wolf from Jacksonville, FL. I went to their website to see what it was about. I knew from the start I wanted a woman as my attorney, don’t judge, I just felt in my particular situation, I was best represented by a woman. This is where I met Ms. Jennifer Eringer, I immediately got a since of confidence by her professionalism and experience in the Florida judicial system. Ms Eringer sat with me and explained all my rights and what it is I’m entitled to by Florida law. She really went to great lengths to explain to me that the divorce papers that I was presented were not in my favor, my then wife was trying to take advantage of the fact that I am not a Florida native. Ms Elinger put a stop to that from the start. There is no one I would rather have in my corner than her. She performed superbly during the entire process. Oh, and as for the outcome, all I’m legally allowed to say is everything worked out for me in the end. Thank you Ms. Elinger.

Traffic Ticket Resolution w/ Attorney Jennifer Erlinger My experience with this firm was nothing short of exceptional. I used email as my point of contact with the firm and always received responses within 30 minutes from Mary. Mary was very helpful in gathering the ticket documents that they woul...d need to represent me. She kept me up to date on my ticket status, court date request, and confirmation. Jennifer was the attorney that represented me in court. My violation, as far as traffic, was fairly severe. I had a previous violation meaning my hopes were not very high, but I cannot say enough how happy Jennifer made me! The resolution she received (no points, no class, reduced fine, and extra time to pay the fine) was well ABOVE my expectation. She also sent me the result via email within 2 hours of the hearing which was so nice because I was very nervous! She is extremely friendly, and clearly very talented based on the result. Thank you for everything that you did for me!

Jennifer simply amazed me! From beginning to end she continually went above and beyond to be there to assist me in the most difficult and trivial times through my case. What made her stand out to me was she genuinely took my situation personsonally and professionally as if I was a personal friend. ... She took the time to discuss numerous options and went beyond researching my case in regards to subjects I didn’t have any knowledge of. I called Mrs. Erlinger concerning my Divorce another attorney that no longer practices Family Law handled back in 2015.
