Let me start off by saying the 1 star is due to the lack of the option for 0 stars! My experience with Anthony Paul Penoso and his office was extremely negative. I found his conduct to be unprofessional and troubling He appeared at my workplace unannounced, attempting to deliver paperwork. Just... days later, he returned with additional documents alleging my employers were in contempt of court--an accusation that seemed entirely unfounded. I found his conduct to be unprofessional and troubling. After a disagreement, he filed what I believe to be a baseless injunction against me. (which was thrown out in court) What concerned me most was the apparent coordination with individuals in the same business strip to support questionable claims, including what I believe were fabricated police reports. This behavior felt harassing and manipulative. The staff at his office did not conduct themselves professionally either. Communication was poor, and the overall atmosphere was hostile. Based on my experience, I question the authenticity of many of the positive reviews posted online. I'm sharing this to help others make informed decisions. If you're considering working with this office, I strongly recommend doing thorough research and seeking legal advice if needed. After 3 long years of Mr. Penoso bullying and harassing me, it was myself and my children who won as the courts denied him and his client their "wish list."

I have the utmost respect for Mr. Penoso. He has always given me straight answers and has been a consistent fighter in the court room on my behalf with an acceptable result. It is my personal conviction that some day he would make an outstanding representative for his district in the sunshine stat...e.

Retained Penoso in October last year for child support, visitation, and seal expunge background. To keep it short, expect to do the leg work, stay attentive to your details, keep in contact with his office, and do your research to ask questions because they didn't really give me a lot of information ...that I didn't have to probe for. Half way through my cases, things turned ugly while I grew impatient, and missed a few appointments for work related issues. His former assistant, a wonderful Russian young woman, was such a great person, wish she was still there. She made things fun, smooth, very comfortable, gave plenty information and went beyond the call of duty to accommodate the clients . His newest assistant is not parallel to this affection at all, and others I've talked to who enjoyed past Penoso agreed. My ex's attorney did a lot, maybe 85% of the agreement work and my background was never sealed or expunged, just denied. Penoso claimed he did not know I had 2 arrests, though me, and my mother told him when he convinced us to do it for another $1500.00. " I would do it if I were you", were his exact words actually. He saw my arrest record and claimed he could open an old adjudication. I had to remind him of that at least 3 times, but he never did it.

After my son's father would not let me see my son or talk to him I hired Mr.Penoso to help me with the custody case of my son. He was with me every step of the way and took care of everything for me. He was very profesional and quick with all the paperwork. I am very sattisfied with my investments wi...th Mr.Penoso and have refered my husband and a friend to him for their legal help. You will be very sattisfied with the srrc ice that you get with him and his staff.
