Retained Penoso in October last year for child support, visitation, and seal expunge background. To keep it short, expect to do the leg work, stay attentive to your details, keep in contact with his office, and do your research to ask questions because they didn't really give me a lot of information ...that I didn't have to probe for. Penoso claimed he did not know I had 2 arrests, though me, and my mother told him when he convinced us to do it for another $1500.00. " I would do it if I were you", were his exact words actually. He saw my arrest record and claimed he could open an old adjudication. I had to remind him of that at least 3 times, but he never did it.
