I am going to take a moment and let you know my experience with Mr. Penoso. People are quick to write negative reviews about attorneys. But I have nothing negative to say about Anthony or his staff in the office. His assistant was just as big of a help as he was and worked with me and stayed patient.... I am a young mom trying to do whats best for my daughter. The court house just looks at you as another case not caring what the outcome is for your child. Trying to file paperwork yourself is very overwhelming when you don't know what you are up against. But after meeting with Anthony for the very first time I felt more at ease already and he made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with his performance so far as well as his support, honesty, determination, and positive attitude. A positive attitude is very important especially in a case involving a child. He is always looking out for the best interest of the child. Mr. Penoso's services are reasonably priced and well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone. I couldn't thank him enough!

I retained Mr. Penoso in a complex litigation involving multiple parties and top dollar law firms. Anthony ...is a caring, extremely intelligent advocate. His capacity to care for every detail is a quality that is feared by his opponents. In court, he is quick thinking and strives to win within the confines of the law. Where other lawyers charge exorbitant fees, he charges a flat rate. His staff is caring, and professional. His Wife is an MBA and is extremely intelligent as she is caring. I am quite satisfied with the outcome of my case.

I was looking for an attorney, I could not afford one, and he gave me very good advice, which helped when I went to a hearing. He was very helpful and was willing to go from Jacksonville to Daytona for a small fee, I decided to go alone, and all his advice was helpful. He is a very kind person and ou...t of 5 attorneys I called he was the ONLY one who was willing to help me and the only one who was decent enough to call me back and help. I have known him most of my life and thought I was making the right decision. He has dragged my case in and out several times with empty promises. Lack of responses as well as over priced. I have put so much effort and money into my situations to come out even more upset. I am highly dissatisfied and... I will not ask for help ever again from him.
