Retained Penoso in October last year for child support, visitation, and seal expunge background. To keep it short, expect to do the leg work, stay attentive to your details, keep in contact with his office, and do your research to ask questions because they didn't really give me a lot of information ...that I didn't have to probe for. Half way through my cases, things turned ugly while I grew impatient, and missed a few appointments for work related issues. His former assistant, a wonderful Russian young woman, was such a great person, wish she was still there. She made things fun, smooth, very comfortable, gave plenty information and went beyond the call of duty to accommodate the clients . His newest assistant is not parallel to this affection at all, and others I've talked to who enjoyed past Penoso agreed. My ex's attorney did a lot, maybe 85% of the agreement work and my background was never sealed or expunged, just denied. Penoso claimed he did not know I had 2 arrests, though me, and my mother told him when he convinced us to do it for another $1500.00. " I would do it if I were you", were his exact words actually. He saw my arrest record and claimed he could open an old adjudication. I had to remind him of that at least 3 times, but he never did it.

I reviewed various sites including courthouse records and determined that Attorney Penoso has filed over 2000 cases in Florida state courts. I counted 2 possbly 3 negative reviews on all sites. I retained Mr. Penoso in a complex litigation involving multiple parties and top dollar law firms. Anthony ...is a caring, extremely intelligent advocate. His capacity to care for every detail is a quality that is feared by his opponents. In court, he is quick thinking and strives to win within the confines of the law. Where other lawyers charge exorbitant fees, he charges a flat rate. His staff is caring, and professional. His Wife is an MBA and is extremely intelligent as she is caring. I am quite satisfied with the outcome of my case.

I was looking for an attorney, I could not afford one, and he gave me very good advice, which helped when I went to a hearing. He was very helpful and was willing to go from Jacksonville to Daytona for a small fee, I decided to go alone, and all his advice was helpful. He is a very kind person and ou...t of 5 attorneys I called he was the ONLY one who was willing to help me and the only one who was decent enough to call me back and help. I have known him most of my life and thought I was making the right decision. He has dragged my case in and out several times with empty promises. Lack of responses as well as over priced. I have put so much effort and money into my situations to come out even more upset. I am highly dissatisfied and... I will not ask for help ever again from him.
