Barry B. Ansbacher is the founder of Ansbacher Law. Barry and his legal team serve Florida from offices in Jacksonville, Fleming Island, St. Augustine, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, and Ponte Vedra/Jacksonville Beach. Barry Ansbacher is recognized by his peers and clients as one of Florida’s leading trial attorneys and has achieved multi-million jury verdicts for his clients through a jury trial. He is recognized by The Florida Bar as a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law, Construction Law, and Condominium & Planned Development Law. He is the only lawyer in the State of Florida to be recognized with all three certifications.
For over thirty five years, Barry Ansbacher has specialized in real estate, construction and community association law. His practice also includes prosecuting and defending civil litigation cases in all courts and arbitration forums in Florida, including personal injury and commercial cases.
Ansbacher Law has consistently delivered successful results for its clients. Barry helped his clients transform a failing retail mall into a world-class office park, procuring international equity financing and negotiating the construction contract. In 2016, he obtained a landmark jury verdict against the nation’s largest homebuilder on behalf of a condominium association resulting in a judgment in excess of 12 Million Dollars. He has also obtained successful jury verdicts on behalf of his personal injury clients. Notably, Barry obtained a jury verdict in excess of 2 Million Dollars for an automobile accident victim on a case where the client's previous attorney recommended settlement for only 5 thousand dollars.
Barry Ansbacher is an experienced arbitrator and appointed by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Circuit Mediator.
