Recently, I returned a rental car to Easirent in Jacksonville, FL. They falsely claimed I caused scratches on the car and kept a $500 deposit and wanted an additional $3100 in damages. If I did not pay, they threatened me with collection. My insurance company felt the claim was bogus and did not w...ant to pay (which was appropriate.) Easirent persisted though. Mr. Snyder reviewed the file, made some calls and wrote some letters. Easirent dropped the case and returned my $500. His fee was VERY reasonable. He was very helpful and professional. I recommend him highly.
