Chelsea Lynn Waller

I live in Pennsylvania with a court order from Pasco county for extended custody of my 8 yr old grandson that was set to expire on Dec 31st. I desperately search for a lawyer in Pasco Co to represent me to extend the order because my daughter was still in no condition to care for her son and my grandson's father is in prison. Every firm i called didn't want to take my case or wanted a large consultation fee just to talk, that is until I called Waller and Schraber. The judge challenged my request to restrict the father's contact with my grandson after his release but Chelsea was there ready with supporting documentation as to why this was necessary for the best interest of my grandson. The judge granted the extention which does not expire now until the parent (s) can prove to the court they can properly take care of their son.
