Catrina H. Markwalter is a litigation attorney whose practice specializes in SBA and commercial loan litigation, complex commercial litigation in both State and Federal court, and general business matters. Mrs. Markwalter has a broad range of experience representing secured and unsecured creditors in State and Federal Court, including bankruptcy proceedings. In bankruptcy proceedings, Mrs. Markwalter is experienced in prosecuting and defending claims, motions for relief from the automatic stay, motions for adequate protection, objections to confirmation and discharge, and opposition to “cramdown” motions.
Mrs. Markwalter also represents businesses and individuals from a wide range of industries in matters primarily related to business formation, contract negotiations and disputes, entity restructuring, business torts and financial disputes.
Mrs. Markwalter is active in the Jacksonville Bar Association and the Florida Bar and was recently selected as a Florida Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2016.
