I should have done more research and I should have realized sooner to drop my case when Earl M Johnson Jr. wouldn’t return my calls, texts, or emails. If he did it would be some vague message like it’s in process, meeting with the other lawyers but nothing substantial. When I would be in doubt he wo...uld always say I had a good case, but in the end I never did and now I’m in deeper trouble than I was before I met Earl Johnson JR.. If I never met him and stuck with original opinion I was given I wouldn’t have been sued back by the company’s lawyers, which he never told me was happening. He told me my case was dismissed. I had to google my case after I received something in the mail. I’m now trying to figure out how to pay this judgement against me. I recommend you avoid him as a lawyer.

Mr Johnson is definitely the lawyer you want in your corner. I was cheated out of time and money by a MAJOR COMPANY (fortune one hundred major) and Mr Johnson without hesitation took my case and had it all wrapped up in the blink of an eye. I spoke with several attorneys and they all sounded like they were going to fight for my daughter and I, so I was torn in my choice.
