Earl Mayberry Johnson Jr.

Mr. Johnson served as intermediary in resolving a dispute between my wife and me and a timeshare company concerning their false claim for dues in arrears that they stated were owed to them by us. We had never signed a contract for ownership of a timeshare with that company, they had no file indicatin...g that we owned a property with them, but they dunned us for payment for more than two years. Mr. Johnson was diligent in working with us to resolve the dispute with the company without further expense to us, and he was able to convince them that we would sue them for damages should they negatively affect our credit with a specious report of delinquency. Mr. Johnson's work, in this case, was exemplary. We were more than satisfied with the service that he rendered.
