Whitney Rae Lonker

All attorney are hard to get a hold of, but this attorney, impossible. You can call, email, text, leave messages, visit (she doesn't like that plus she's never there anyway) with out any measure of success. And then, and then... when it is time for money, she will make you an appointment. Fifteen min...utes of fame with Miss Lonker, take your money, until next time... She demanded payments through her office representative or threatens to withdrawal (if you not pay more) - on top of what you have already paid ..or should I Say over-paid considering the results - in return on your investment. I was dealing with a difficult EX about getting custody or visitation for my 2 girls 10 and 4 years old (Now). I thought Whitney was going to help me as she promised, but false hope. I asked her for a refund of some of the money (2,000 out of the 8,500 I paid thus far), but she refuses.. o well lesson learned. Don't waste your time or money with her. This is the truth and nothing but the truth, I will testify in front of anyone to this matter.

The past year and a half has been the worst time of my life. It is very hard to talk about but, I was accused of neglecting my two children and I am also going through a very tough divorce. In December of 2013 I was arrested for child neglect and while in jail my parents found Ms. Lonker (at that tim...e they thought they were just getting me a lawyer) Long story short I never (NOT ONE TIME) had go in front of a Judge. Ms. Lonker got me into the pre trial intervention program where I had to complete some community service along with a parenting course. After finishing the program MY CHARGES WERE DROPPED! Still dealing with the divorce case, As you can imagine I married a complete idiot! When I was arrested the children were turned over to him by DCF. I am now fighting to get my children back and to get out of this crappy marriage! Even though I am still going through the divorce and custody portion of my case Ms. Lonker has been a wonderful Lawyer. At the time my parents had retained her we thought we would just be getting a typical lawyer but I can tell you Ms. Lonker is not your typical lawyer. She puts her heart into her cases and she really does everything she can for her clients. Ms. Lonker's staff is AMAZING! When Ms. Lonker is not accessible immediatly I take comfort in knowing that Ms. Shawna will relay the message promptly and do everything in her power to help as much as she can. Sometimes when going through this tough case I just need someone to talk to and Ms. Shawna is that person. With Whitney Lonker as my Lawyer I feel secure, confident, and safe! I know for a fact that she cares for my children and I. Even though she is a lawyer she is still a person and I can see and feel her heart and compassion while handing my case. I will definalty recommend her to anyone that needs a lawyer. Just know you will gain a Lawyer and a Friend for a lifetime!
