Whitney Rae Lonker

All attorney are hard to get a hold of, but this attorney, impossible. You can call, email, text, leave messages, visit (she doesn't like that plus she's never there anyway) with out any measure of success. And then, and then... when it is time for money, she will make you an appointment. Fifteen min...utes of fame with Miss Lonker, take your money, until next time... She demanded payments through her office representative or threatens to withdrawal (if you not pay more) - on top of what you have already paid ..or should I Say over-paid considering the results - in return on your investment. I was dealing with a difficult EX about getting custody or visitation for my 2 girls 10 and 4 years old (Now). I thought Whitney was going to help me as she promised, but false hope. I asked her for a refund of some of the money (2,000 out of the 8,500 I paid thus far), but she refuses.. o well lesson learned. Don't waste your time or money with her. This is the truth and nothing but the truth, I will testify in front of anyone to this matter.

Our phone consultation was awesome and I felt very comfortable hiring Ms. Lonker to represent my son. We tried to have a meeting with her asap before the case was filed, but she was sick so we waited over a week. After our meeting, she told us upon reading the police report, she felt that she had to ...file a motion to suppress. She expressed that my son should not have been charged with the felony that he was charged with. As we were leaving, she asked Shawna to see if the case had been filed. Shawna said yes. Ms. Lonker said, "OH NO" I waited too long. She told us we needed to be in court in two days. She called when we got home to accept a crazy plea deal. The plea deal was very misleading and very unfair. I feel she definitely dropped the ball, took our money and did absolutely nothing to get my son a better outcome. Not to mention, she gave us wrong information and also didn't tell us very important information that luckily we found out on our own or he would have been charged again! My son was innocent of the felony that he was charged with and is still paying for a crime he didn't commit. He is only 19, and his life is ruined. I guess $4,000 for a couple of hours work isn't bad for her, but we are paying for our decision for the rest of our lives.

In life no one wants to face criminal charges, and it's even more stressful and painful when it's your child. So for me and my family, during one of the most trying, stressful and also scary times of our lives, I do feel that it was Divine intervention that I was referred by a friend to Whitney Lonke...r. My son was facing criminal charges involving a traffic accident and the out look was bleak. My son's freedom and also his career was at stake. But I am eternally grateful for the effort, the time, the concern and the passion that Whitney Lonker displayed. To have an attorney who really "cared" meant so much to us, and her competency was even stronger than her compassion. The knowledge she displayed was something to behold and did wonders for our confidence that we had the "right" person to handle this situation. But the cherry on top was her tenacity. A stunningly beautiful lady, compassionate to our situation and equally concerned, who was clearly capable in legal aspects, was also tenacious.. She had the tenacity of a warrior. Never wavering and standing firm each time we had a court date. I apologize if this is too long but what Whitney Lonker, Attorney at Law, did for my son is hard to say in a few words. in fact, I could say much more. But I will close with this: to this day, we are so thankful that it was Whitney Lonker who we chose to represent us in our darkest hour.. She delivered.. And then some, and I would recommend her, and have recommended her, to anyone I know who's in need of legal representation..

I just recently used Whitney in a family matter that was balls to the wall! She was AWESOME!!! This is what you think of when you think of a real lawyer. Like the ones you see on t.v.! She wasn't the greatest at returning messages, but she was well worth the wait. I never waited more than a day ...or so, but when you're all emotional, it seems so much longer. I had to understand that I wasn't her only client, and wait my turn, but when she did get back to me, she was awesome. She taught me the process, a lot of law that I still don't really understand, and she was a bull dog in court. I loved it when she started gritting her teeth.
