Whitney Rae Lonker

Stay away from Whitney Lonker. She will make sure to drag you to an endless nightmare. I found that out too late. I dug out her online reviews 3 years later since I hired her to work on my divorce case. She was torching me for 3 years, just the same as the other victims claimed in their reviews. Ther...e were many people in the same boat if you dig if deep of the cases she handled. I'm not particularly eager to do online reviews, but I have to do this one. I was an immigrant with insufficient English, and the poor acknowledges the American system back five years ago. She faked empathy and kindness at begging, and then she changed to an ultimate person after she received your money and do nothing. She tried several appointments with me, but I have been rescheduled over 50 times in 3 years (I'm not exaggerated), and I only met her twice in life. The first time, make payment; the second time, calm me down, play nice again but do nothing. When she sees this review, I am sure she will reply that I only paid a little money. Well, she offered one payment for one case. Then found out my ex is very difficult to deal with. She won't ask me to pay more or tell me to go somewhere else ( I wish she does that ), at least my case won't take so long. She is proficient in doing this: take the money as much as she can and doesn't care if she can do it. Last year, my boss referred me to the best family law firm in Jacksonville - Lasky law firm. They finally help end this nightmare. They are expensive but worth it. My lesson learned in a hard way: hire a cheap and unprofessional attorney like Whitney Lonker. You actually will end in burning more money and time!

All attorney are hard to get a hold of, but this attorney, impossible. You can call, email, text, leave messages, visit (she doesn't like that plus she's never there anyway) with out any measure of success. And then, and then... when it is time for money, she will make you an appointment. Fifteen min...utes of fame with Miss Lonker, take your money, until next time... She demanded payments through her office representative or threatens to withdrawal (if you not pay more) - on top of what you have already paid ..or should I Say over-paid considering the results - in return on your investment. I was dealing with a difficult EX about getting custody or visitation for my 2 girls 10 and 4 years old (Now). I thought Whitney was going to help me as she promised, but false hope. I asked her for a refund of some of the money (2,000 out of the 8,500 I paid thus far), but she refuses.. o well lesson learned. Don't waste your time or money with her. This is the truth and nothing but the truth, I will testify in front of anyone to this matter.

I just recently used Whitney in a family matter that was balls to the wall! She was AWESOME!!! This is what you think of when you think of a real lawyer. Like the ones you see on t.v.! She wasn't the greatest at returning messages, but she was well worth the wait. I never waited more than a day ...or so, but when you're all emotional, it seems so much longer. I had to understand that I wasn't her only client, and wait my turn, but when she did get back to me, she was awesome. She taught me the process, a lot of law that I still don't really understand, and she was a bull dog in court. I loved it when she started gritting her teeth. Even though family matters are tough and everyone is really on an emotional roller coaster, after I spoke with Whitney, I always just felt better. I really felt like I had a pro fighting for me, and I was right. If you need a lawyer, I would recommend Whitney to everyone.
