Tad did an excellent job for me. My former employer wanted to find my unemployment claim and Tad was able to get them to withdraw before the hearing date. I would recommend Tad to anyone looking for an employment attorney.

Tad Delegal is an outstanding attorney and highly skilled. I most certainly am able to say he destroyed the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office (John Rutherford) in Arbitration!
He was upfront and honest, never promising anything or misleading me. By the time we went to Arbitration, he knew my case as well as I did and obviously spent an enormous amount of time preparing.
Additionally, his staff is professional and works as diligently as he does.
I highly recommend Mr. Delegal.

Mr Tad Delegal is one of the most professional attorneys in the area. He helped me in more ways than one. He is very knowledgeable in the area of Labor Law. He doesn't cut corners for his clients and he's not out to earn a paycheck. I would recommend him to anyone!!

While a client of the Delgal Law Firm, I kept requesting update as to the status of my case. I received two calls from Tad and the rest of the time was apprised by his clerk.
I purposefully requested verbally and in writing that correspondence go to a certain address so that third-parties were unaware of the proceedings... that explicit (and simple) request was disregarded and case-related information was discovered.... AAAUUGGHH!
When the case was eventually settled, there was no de-brief, or "thanks, we tried our hardest..", just an invoice.
