I had the pleasure of working with Jay Henderlite as my family attorney. There truly aren't enough words to express the journey and outcome and how satisfied I am as a client. I was treated with an honest approach, being told the reality of likeliness of my situation's outcome, in order to better str...ategize a path that would lead to healing for all involved. And that's exactly what happened. There are no bulldogs in this firm, but rather genuine, caring, direct healers who have you and your entire family's overall outcome and picture in their best interest, your side and the opposing side. My story was heartbreaking, like most, and Jay and Denise and their entire staff were always dedicated to making things smoother and easier to trim down into bite size pieces and show me that better days were possible. They help orchestrate honesty and for the courts to see the truth and what needs to be done to get to a better place for all parties involved. They take the high road, all of the time, and there isn't a better way for a firm to do it. It gains the respects of the courts and a high level of quality expected at any motion. I have recommended quite a few people now to this form and everyone has been happy with their results. I owe them so much of my current happiness, my son's health, and my coparent's level of positive involvement. Thank you, Jay. You helped make this life a lot easier, I can't thank you enough.

I actually received Denise Watson's name from a friend when I was sued by my ex-husband for contempt of court when my 17 YO daughter moved in with me full time (4 months from her 18th birthday). I didn't want to use the attorney I'd used for my divorce, so was in a bit of a pinch and needed someone ...fast. When I called the office, Denise wasn't available, but Jay was ... that very afternoon! It was like a sign ... he'd gotten out of court earlier than expected that day. It was difficult, at first, to explain the emotional abuse my daughter had experienced over the last 7+ years from her father, but he soon came to see from my perspective what kind of person we were dealing with and that my daughter had a good head on her shoulders and was responsible and good-hearted ... and deserved better treatment than what she was getting. He supported me and put me at ease, gave me good advice along the way and had a calming presence to somewhat ease my nerves and tension. He had timely responses to e-mails and phone calls as well. I was found not to be in contempt just as he'd said and only had his fees to pay ... actually received a refund on my retainer as well (which was the least of my concerns at the time, but his fees were very reasonable)!

Jay did a great job representing my interests and the interests of my children. He was conscientious of both my goals and my wallet, which I really appreciated. Communication is returned promptly, and while I'm sure Jay is very busy, he never makes you feel like an imposition. Since my divorce I've a...lso come to learn that he has a great reputation for putting children's wellbeing first with other professionals.

I'm very happy I chose John Henderlite to represent my family and I. From start to finish, he showed limitless patience and compassion for my situation. Being a father, I was worried I would be at a disadvantage regarding timesharing, but John kept me focused and fought for us.
