I've been licensed to practice law for nearly a decade. I attended undergraduate college at Southern Methodist University and Millsaps College, earning a bachelor of arts in philosophy. I went on to study law at the University of Mississippi. During my time there, I won the Moot Court trial advocacy competition and was selected for Phi Delta Phi academic legal fraternity. I graduated from law school a semester early.
After law school, I worked as an Assistant Public Defender for over six years, sharpening my trial advocacy and negotiation skills. I have successfully tried dozens of cases to verdict during the course of my career and have handled thousands of cases. My area of focus is criminal law. I am licensed to practice law in Florida, Mississippi and Tennessee.

I was arrested for DUI. I hired her and she took care of my case and I couldn't ask for a better outcome. She was awesome and I'm so happy I had her for an attorney! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

With Juliane, you're more than just a number. She is not only personable but cheers you up when you are feeling the worst. The results that she obtained for me were better than anything that I expected. She underpromised and over delivered.
"I met Ms. Morris while she was a Public Defender and I was an Assistant State Attorney. Throughout our time working together I found her to be of the highest quality, both professionally and personally. She is a dilligent worker, an excellent trial attorney and has my complete endorsement."
"I endorse this lawyer. Ms. Morris is a diligent and hard working attorney who is well respected in the community."
"Ms. Morris is a highly skilled and intelligent litigator. Her courtroom experience is second to none. Her knowledge and experience while practicing criminal law has allowed her to quickly transition from criminal law to civil law unlike any other attorney have had the experience of knowing. Ms. Morris is also an accomplished orator and displays confidence and understanding during hearings and trials. I strongly endorse Ms. Morris and would advise any person seeking criminal and/or civil litigation representation to seek representation from Ms. Morris."
"Ms. Morris is extremely well versed in Criminal defense. In fact, if I were facing any kind of criminal charges, I would only seek counsel from Ms. Morris. Regardless of the charges, I would be sure to hire Ms. Morris. She is compassionate, and does not judge her clients in any manner. She is hard working and does her best to get the best possible outcome. Ms. Morris also communicates with her clients often to be sure that they know what is going on in their case and what she plans to do. Ms. Morris treats every client with respect and the dignity that they all deserve. I highly recommend Ms. Morris for Criminal Defense. I could not give a higher recommendation."
