Excellent Service
I had a problem with a traffic issue. When I called the offices of Dale Carson I spoke with Samantha Lambertson. I explained my issue and she immediatley understood. She walked me step by step through what I needed to do and told me what to do as a follow up. I hired the firm to handle the legal aspects of my issue. I felt that the charges were very reasonable. After following her advice my issues were solved. If I ever have need of the services that they offer I will hire them again.

Extremely helpful and honest
I had a major traffic citation that I needed to speak with an attorney with. I called Dale Carson Law and spoke with Chris. Chris assured me that everything would be fine and that wouldn't have to attend court. Everything Chris told me was completely true. Korey in the office was helpful and immediately answered all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend Dale Carson law to anyone who needed assistance with and court related matters.

My life depends on my drivers license. I was rather nervous about my future. When Corey answered my call, he was very polite and just seemed that he knew how to handle this situation. He put me in touch w/ Samantha who immediately took professional control of the issue. A couple weeks later, I was notified by mail and e-mail that the issue was resolved in my favor.The costs seemed fair in relation to the consequences. I was relieved and thankful that I had chosen this topnotch firm.

Speeding Ticket Removal
I hired Dale Carson Law to represent my son in a speeding violation. In that my son was in the process of applying to police academies while working on his Masters at UNF. I didn't want one traffic violation standing in his way. Although they promised nothing, the secretary was pretty sure that Dale Carson could get the citation dismissed. That we might have to pay court fees. I said that would be fine. They charged me $99.00 initially, which I felt quite fair since the ticket was almost $170.00. We had our court date on May 18, 2017. Everything went exactly how their secretary said it would go. The ticket was dismissed but we were held accountable for court fees which amounted to $100.00. So I'm extremely satisfied and happy with Dale Carson Law. They accomplished the main objective, getting James free of the speeding citation. if we has paid the ticket, the ticket and associated points would still be on his record. Now for just an additional $30.00, the ticket has been expunged. I would say Dale Carson Law is a very wise investment.

Traffic Ticket
Not only were my ticket was adjudicated my points were withheld off of my license and the court cost were a lot lower than I expected. That was the better that I thought was going to happen. I recommend this lawer to anyone who has a ticket and does not want to be held under the court, and have points and have to pay a hefty fine. They are true professionals, know how to work to get you the best results.

Traffic ticket points withheld!
From start to finish this law firm exceeded my expectation, thank you! Not only did Mr. Chris Carlson get points withheld, he did so in pleasant & timely manor. Hard worker
I came to Mr. Carson with a personal matter and he spent lots of time on my case. I was very happy with the outcome and would highly reccomend him.

Helped with license problem
My license was suspended from to many points. Mr. Carson helped get it back and didnt charge too much money.

did what they said , except they said they would probably get me a reduced fees because I never received the first notice, but that didn't happen was charged the full amount , when I paid the fee it had a disclaimer that says if you pay this you are admitting guilt and points will be assessed but I don't know if that happened as it said there would be no points
