Robert James Mara

Unfortunately, we have been placed in such a situation to need Robert Mara's services. The initial consult was free, however this should have been our signal to run. It is our fault, we did not get a second opinion. After all, the rate seemed reasonable enough. Once he received payment, that frien...dly smile and "genuine concern" turned into unanswered questions via email and phone calls. That is of course when we were lucky enough to get an actual person on the phone. Our elation was short lived however because Robert was almost always unavailable. We were told by his secretary/paralegal that she would give him the message! Well, she was either incompetent or he just blatantly refuses to return calls. Who cares though, he's already been paid. I think we've now been told three or four different payments amounts by this wiz with a calculator. Too bad no one told the trustee! If you need an attorney, keep looking!!!

From the free consultation to the completion of the hearing, Robert was NOTHING but patient, understanding, kind, considerate of our privacy, and most of all, sensitive to our feelings and our lack of legal knowledge. He explained everything step-by-step, and was very reassuring and up front. Legal... issues can be intimidating and scary, but I could not have asked for a better lawyer to get my 82 year old mother thru this experience.
