Robert Mara graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern Illinois University (“NEIU”) in 2005 with a degree in Finance. NEIU acknowledged his academic achievement by honoring him with the Outstanding Academic Achievement Award. After graduation, Mr. Mara worked in the banking industry before deciding to attend law school at Florida Coastal School of Law from which he graduated in 2008. While there, Mr. Mara was awarded the Certificate in Environmental Law. In addition, Mr. Mara attended the prestigious Queen Mary University in London where he earned a Certificate in Global Commercial Arbitration.
Prior to earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at NEIU, Mr. Mara served as a Sergeant E-5 in the United States Army’s 82nd Airborne Division, the “All Americans” stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. After making several jumps from various aircraft including the C-130 Hercules, C-141 Starlifter, C-5 Galaxy, C-17 Globemaster III, and UH-60 Blackhawk, Mr. Mara promised himself never to jump from a perfectly good airplane ever again.
Mr. Mara is married to his law partner, and they have two children together. He lives in Ormond Beach, Florida and enjoys walking, bike riding, swimming, and traveling.

Robert Mara is an Excellent attorney. Pior attorney was terrible and I was guided the wrong way . It took time and patience but Attorney Robert Mara was able to straighten out the mess. Would advise others to consult with Mr. Mara on legal items dealing with his field.
