I found Melvin to be very personable and very knowledable. Would recommend for Estate Planning!

Melvin Stack has handled the Estates of my Mother and Father (who were divorced and died at different times) and has prepared my personal Last Will & Testament and all legal documents surrounding the event of my death including power of Attorney, Florida Living Will, etc. I first met Mel when he gav...e a FREE workshop for "What happens if you don't have a Will in Florida" which he has done many of. He prepared Wills and other paperwork for anyone attending these workshops for $11.00 per person for a simple will, and that was how I had my first Will ever prepared. Mel is a generous and honest man and I have no problem recommending him to anyone who needs an Estate planning Attorney.
