My husband and I thought we had our estate planning all in order, but just to be sure, we made an appointment with Matthew Shapiro at Rice Law Firm in Daytona Beach. As it turned out, we had some things that needed attention! Matt was extremely informative, patient, and thorough. He took his time ex...plaining every detail and making sure we understood everything. We never felt rushed, and we truly appreciated his guidance. We also had the pleasure of meeting his legal assistant, Lauren. It’s always nice to put a face to a name! Another thing that impressed me was the ease of contacting the office. When I called, I spoke to an actual person rather than navigating an automated maze of phone prompts. I soon learned that the friendly voice on the other end belonged to Tiesa, who has been with the firm for over 20 years. She was such a pleasure to talk to that I almost wanted to make another appointment just to stop by and chat with her! Seriously, if you’re looking to create or update your estate planning, I highly recommend calling Rice Law Firm. From Matt’s expertise and attention to detail to Lauren’s assistance and Tiesa’s welcoming personality, the entire experience was exceptional. It’s reassuring to know you’re in good hands!

Wonderful with Probate

I needed an attorney to update my will and trust to add a new family member and review the will and trust based on my current life circumstances.
