I would like to thank your ad agency for sending me your advertisement. I had been going on the advice of family members and said "a phone call can't hurt" and so I called to see if by chance you could take the case and when I was told I would be receiving a doc-u-sign email that was for the retainin...g agreement and responding to the court, at least I would get my response in before the due date and "so goes the rest of the story". So a phone call didn't seem to hurt a bit. I think a couple of weeks passed and I was thinking about emailing, when lo & behold there was 1 sitting there to read and to my astonishment saying what it said and I said to myself "ALRIGHT ,', THAT'S A BURDEN LIFTED OFF MY SHOULDERS. When I received the notice from my local court to attend my mediation, I thought that I had no recourse but to do just that. Mr. Tierney and his staff made it so easy to have this lawsuit dismissed!
