Do not recommend

Relies on his Para legal to keep him organized and focused. Forgets details. Has large ego but lacks substance. Prefers to stay with old case law and is reluctant to test new theories of law. Does not follow through on his promises. Perhaps he has difficulty rembering. His closing arguments are weak ...and fails to be convincing. His personality is abrasive. Time for jerry to retire. He is past his prime.

made my situation SO simple and easy - while OTHERS wanted to make it complex and hard. Ofice staff the best! Sincere thanks to all.

Accomplished nothing

Cost money. Cost time. Did not remember things. Had to supply information multiple times. Got billed for having information that I supplied regurgitated and sent back to me. Actually charged for retainer agreement. I regret the months of time wasted, the money wasted and Though having successfu...lly hired numerous attorneys during my 40 year career this hurt my case, the perception of my ability to hire professionals and certainly Impacted the case going forward very negatively

Thinking above and beyond

Mr. Wells went, and thought, above and beyond, asking cogent questions to help assess my situation and identify options that would help me in specific, essential ways. He is very personable, direct, knowledgeable, up to date, smart and genuine.
