Fernando Iglesias

I am grateful to attorney Fernando Iglesias, who took on my case with compassion and diligence, providing excellent representation. He was very patient in listening to my situation. He is a gentleman. He constantly tried to give me the peace of mind I needed. He is very conciliatory, always trying to... ensure that things are resolved fairly, without taking advantage of others. He took my case responsibly, helped me with situations I couldn't resolve, and made sure everything went smoothly. He won my case.

I paid $1500.00 up front for the purpose of utilizing Mr. Inglesias as my lawyer for representing me and filing for bankruptcy about 3 or so years ago. I was told very recently (April, 2017) that I could not get any refund whatsoever because the file was "so old", that if I had told him I was not go...ing to file or move forward with his services for filing the bankruptcy earlier, "like 6 months after hiring him", he might have THEN considered a refund of some kind to me, but not now. I recently realized that I did not need to file bankruptcy or file any paperwork of any kind, and when I asked him for some kind of refund, I was told flat out NO. $1500.00 down the drain, and other than taking a "few phone calls" from my collectors, there was not a full and complete representation, nor a filing of ANY kind from this lawyer that I paid for up front! I personally would NOT recommend this lawyer. :-(
