Jeffrey spent 20 years in the United States ...Air Force assigned to the Judge Advocate General's Corps, where he served on both sides of the courtroom; primarily as a criminal defense counsel at the trial and appellate level, and also as a prosecutor. He deployed in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. He is a retired Major.

He is an avid runner and plays the guitar badly.
