Kyle McLeod

I recently hired Mr. McCleod for a criminal case. You will not find anyone more dedicated to his clients and his profession. I have read his reviews here on Avvo. It would seem that he makes everyone feel as if you are his only client. Mr. McCleod has worked as a prosecutor before, and I believe... that gives him an added advantage. Mr. McLeod was recommended to me by several members of the community and other lawyers. He was very informative and helped me out budget-wise. He was very heartfelt and you could tell his heart was for his clients, not just the money they produce. I've had different lawyers and could not tell you wh...ere MY case stood at that time, but with Mr. McLeod, I felt I was very up to date on the facts and all progressions on my case the whole time. He was very down to earth and didn't sugar coat anything. The facts were what they were, no surprises. I'd recommend Mr. Mcleod to anyone and in the event I need a lawyer again, he will be my first "go-to."

On October 18th I retained Kyle McLeod to represent my son on several serious felony charges that if prosecuted to the full extent of the law carried 30 years in prison. My son had been in the county jail 4 months and a public defender had came to see him once prior to me hiring Mr. McLeod. Kyle me...t with my son 3 times within that week and had a court day set on 11/24/2013. Mr. McLeod was able to get the charges reduced and my son was released. What could of been 30 years in prison was reduced to 6 years probation and another chance for my son to change his way of life. I highly recommend Mr. McLeod. He in my opinion is the best criminal defense lawyer in town. I can't say enough good things about him, he without a doubt will do his very best to defend his client and I will always be greatful for what he did for my son and family.

Hello, my name is Devon...I was at the end of my probation of two years but one night in January I Was pulled over for not stooping at a stop sign. ..I also fleed from the police on feet because I was on probation and had a open container in my car..When I was arrested, I was let out on a 100 dollar... bond but I had violated my probation...my current p.o said she would reccomend a weekend in the scj, but that didn't happen when I went to court and the state asked for one year housr arrest, and a year probation..I took that which as we all know u don't have a choice when breaking the law..I had been informed that I could get back in court after Six months for early termanation so I did...At first I hired some lawyer which suppose to b one of the greatest of all times..lol but he didn't do anything to help me after I payed him 500 dollars and waited a whole month for him to show me a good puppet show which never happend..After a whole month went by, he finally got in touch with me with bad news saying that he is going to refund my money and he don't think its no way he can get me off nor help me..lol After firing him,one of the greatest, I made my next move to go see Mr Kyle Mcleod in the middle of oct and told him my problem. ..After tellin him my situation, less then two weeks I was in court off house arrest moving around with my family again which I was told would b impossible. .smh..I'm now on my next move with Mr Kyle McLeod on getting me off probation and if its the Lords will every thing will once again go in our favor....The thing that really intrigued me bout Mr Kyle Mcleod when I first met him, is that he love to get started on your case asap...He doesn't waste any time at all...Keep up the good work Mr McLeod, and God bless u....
