Kyle McLeod

Very recently, our son was arrested on drug charges stemming from a popular, local music festival. It was one of the most difficult events our family has faced in recent years, and we surely expected the worst. After considering letting our son seek a public defender on his own, we realized that ...the charges as they stood could lead to a considerable amount of jail time. The prospect of our son facing such hard time in jail was too much for us, and we decided to search for a good lawyer. This being our first time dealing with anything like this, we were terrified. To make matters worse, our family does not live in the area (a several hours drive away) and we had to coordinate all of this from afar. But after a few days of calling several different lawyers, we made the decision to sign on with Mr. Kyle McLeod. It was the best decision we could have made. Kyle has made a career of helping those in need. His experience practicing law in the area serves dividends, in that he personally knows many of the players in the legal system. We were terrified from the onset of hiring a “stereotypical lawyer,” and luckily Kyle was anything but. He remained readily accessible throughout the entire ordeal. If he didn’t answer a phone call immediately, he always returned it quite promptly. He always kept us abreast of the situation, and even though he made us no promises in terms of outcome, he adequately assessed the situation and ultimately was correct on the disposition of the case. My family owes Kyle so much, and we felt that this review was the absolute least we could have done to repay him for his diligent, intelligent effort.

Everyone knows life can change in a single moment. No one wants to have to have a criminal defense lawyer. No one wants bad things to happen. I am a middle age, basic, simple, Christian woman. I found myself in a situation where I needed the best criminal defense attorney I could find. This wasn't pl...anned. Life threw me a curve that I needed the best representation I could get. From the start Kyle Mcleod was very professional. He passed no judgement upon me. He told me he was open 24/7. I thought this was just a sales pitch. No...he was available any moment, anytime I needed him!! He told me what he wanted the result of my situation to be. I was in disbelief because I thought he was really reaching. I never dreamed he could do what he was wanting to happen. Everyone's situation is very unique, very private, and very personal. Kyle handled my situation in a better manner than even I thought was possible. He not only delivered what he told me he wanted. He went way above and beyond that! If you want a defense attorney that is straight up honest with you, Kyle is your guy. If you want someone that sticks completely with the facts, and working night and day to give you results you never could expect, again Kyle is your guy. Never once was I displeased with him in any way. I wanted this situation over because it was causing extreme stress, and ruining my life. Kyle Mcleod got all this handled in a matter of weeks. We are talking major issues. Through Christmas and New Years he worked very hard, and got this handled without me having to honestly do really anything. Attorneys in general have a bad reputation due to the "bad" ones. Everyone has heard a lawyer joke at one time or another. There isn't anything but wonderful things I have to say to anyone who reads this. Mr. Mcleod is one of the "good" guys. He is very sharp. He knows the law, and has the work ethic most of us dream of. I hope to never need a defense attorney again. I can promise Kyle would be the only attorney I would ever trust to represent me. His fee was also very reasonable. He is a very honest straight shooter that will bring you results!!! You want the best, that means you hire the best. You will not be unsatisfied or sorry by hiring Mr. Mcleod. It was the best decision I've made. Everyone I've talked to that have used him will tell you the same as I am. We aren't paid to say these things. We say them because they are the truth!! Do yourself a favor, and make the right decision if you are in trouble. It starts with calling Kyle. Thank you Kyle for everything you did for me and my family. You truly are a man of your word. I appreciate every single thing you did for me. Words cannot express to you enough how pleased I am. Im not proud of the way I had to meet you. I am proud though that I did get to meet you. Kyle did a fantastic job when it came to my sons case. He had two charges and he was able to get him in a program that dismissed his case. Kyle never looked at my son as he was a problem child he was very straight forward with him. Kyle was able to answer any questions that we had. Anytime that we n...eeded to call him during the case and even after he answer his phone or responded back was a text. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a caring attorney.
