I have a complex custody case involving long distance (less than 3 hours), a hostile mother who constantly broke the court order, denied timesharing, restricted communication, and falsely accused me of abuse. In 2020, during the initial COVID outbreak and logjam in court hearings, Mr. Decker was able to use a little trick to get me a contempt hearing much quicker than normal, which allowed me to see my child sooner. Mr. Decker has 16 years experience as of 2021 and will use every reasonable tactic to help you. His writing skills in his written motions are top notch, and he has a vast array of case laws that he can recall to help with the current problems in your case. He was able to successfully get my ex held in contempt, recover lawyer's fees, and recover make up time. All of this happened outside of his regular Circuit, in front of a new Judge! Mr Decker has gone above and beyond his duties as my lawyer. It has been a long custody battle in the middle of a once-in-a-century pandemic response, but I never felt neglected or uncared for. This attorney was referred to me by another firm that was too busy to handle a traffic ticket. His office assistant was completely rude, phished for information, would not even provide a consultation, refused to take the case and then hung up on me. I would not recommend them.
