Foreclosure Case

Mr. Decker recently handled a foreclosure for us on two lots. He was prompt,kept us informed and his fee was reasonable , we would not hesitate to use him again and we highly recommend him for your legal needs.

Immature

I hired and paid $1400.00 which is almost half of his $300 per hour fee he wanted for his foreclosure expertise. He filed empty responses by not addressing the issues. At first I thought he was being "cocky" with the other attorney. Now I know he can't handle his workload. He then insulted me I now r...ealize to take people's money that are suffering,do minimal work, then leaves you hanging after he creates doubt about him handling your case. Takes your money and RUNS. Find more mature council. Save yourself from this nightmare!

A lawyer’s duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond in a point by point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that the post presents a fair and accurate picture of the events.

Saved my Home from Reverse Mortgage

Decker Law Firm saved my home from foreclosure. He took charge after hearing my case. I didn't know what to do. He told me he would do everything he could to help, without promising me anything. Mr. Decker's representaton on a Motion for Defiency Judgment after Foreclosure

Mr. Decker did an excellent job representing me when a large bank filed suit against me trying to take everything I worked for all my life. The bank had already foreclosed on my property, a large apartment complex, and taken it from me. After the bank sold the property for much less than it was wor...th, it came after me for the money that was left owing due to their own actions of selling the property so cheap. Mr. Decker's experience in this area of the law was crucial to a judgment in my favor. The Judge ruled in my favor after all the evidence was presented. I am very grateful to Mr. Decker for his excellent representation.
