Biography
David Rose has an extensive background in all types of contracts, business transactions, commercial real estate, contracts, construction law, environmental law, international and business law.
He is an experienced litigator, and the firm litigates in all courts both state and federal. He is an excellent advisor to small businesses regarding business formations (Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships), drafting of by-laws and operating agreements that meet small business requirements, buy sell agreements, teaming, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, novation agreements, protests, claims requests for equitable adjustment, contracts and subcontracts, cost and pricing, mediation, arbitration, personal injury and auto accidents, and employment law issues.

He is active in the State Bars of Georgia and Arizona, a member of the Bar of many Federal Courts including Washington DC, Georgia, Arizona, Oklahoma, New Mexico, the US Court of Federal Claims, US Tax Court, the various Boards of Contract Appeals, Fulton County Bar Association, Lowndes County Bar Association, the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, the Judge Advocates Association, and the National Contract Management Association.
He recently retired from the United States Air Force Reserves after 36 years of service. His many years of dedicated service to our Country translate to the level of diligence and fervor which can be expected of his representation of your issue.
