Biography
I graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law Cum Laude in 2006 and returned to my hometown to practice law and join The Eichholz Law Firm. The Eichholz Law Firm, P.C. was founded in September, 1976. Since that time, the firm has grown into one of the most successful personal injury law firms in the United States.
I employ a large staff with state of the art technology geared solely toward my clients. The firm concentrates in representing individuals that have suffered an injury and families that have suffered the loss of a loved one due to injury or someone else's negligence or intent.

I have hired 3 lawyers prior to arriving at this firm. I would say that they are the best. The work ethic that I witnessed from my attorney and the staff at Eichholz was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this law firm!

Loved them!
I love how my opinion mattered in my case, my case worker always asked how I felt about the situation. I also marvel in the fact that my calls were always answered, and if not, it was returned within 24 hours. I would most definitely recommend them!

I can honestly say I walked away with my settlement satisfied, I know my case manager did everything in her power to get me the most for my claim. “After I chose to go on inactive status in TN, I didn't think about or remember to edit my website and letterhead which still read “licensed in TN.” In fact, I still was (and still am) licensed in TN. However, my status was "inactive." The TN bar censured me for not having edited my website & letterhead to reflect the inactive status. No potential TN clients ever read the letterhead or website to the best of my knowledge, however TN thought that this was nonetheless worthy of a censure.”
