Biography
Jacqueline Piland joined Beau Kaye and Associates, LLC. in 2019, after practicing for many years in both Georgia and Oklahoma. Jacqueline's practice areas include real estate, family law, wills and estates, criminal law, personal injury, and workers' compensation.
Jacqueline is a licensed Mediator in the State of Georgia and she is a mentor for the State Bar of Georgia’s Transition into Law Practice Program appointed by the Georgia Supreme Court. Jacqueline has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2001 and Oklahoma Bar Asociation since 2002. Jacqueline has been a Top 100 Trial Attorney by the American Trial Lawyers Association since 2008. Jacqueline is also a member of the following organizations: Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, Georgia Injured Workers Advocates, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Trial Lawyers Association, American Society of Legal Advocates, Georgia’s “Rising Stars” for Georgia Super Lawyers 2009 and 2011, Oklahoma’s “Rising Stars” for Oklahoma Super Lawyers 2013 and the National Advocates Top 100.
Jacqueline completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Oklahoma with a B.A. in Political Science and obtained her J.D. in 2001 from Georgia State University. She has written numerous articles concerning various legal areas during this time, and has spoken at several CLE’s.
