Thomas Lawrence Evans

Larry Evans is an associate in the litigation section of Oliver Maner LLP. His primary practice areas include commercial litigation, financial services, creditors’ rights and insurance defense. He has extensive experience with real estate disputes, loan workouts and related litigation, foreclosures, and protecting creditors’ rights in bankruptcy. Prior to joining Oliver Maner LLP, he worked in the Atlanta office of a large, international law firm.

Mr. Evans is from Snellville, Georgia, and attended the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and a Minor in Spanish. While attending the University of Georgia, Mr. Evans was the treasurer of the Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity.

Upon graduating from the University of Georgia, Mr. Evans attended the University of Georgia School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree cum laude in 2008. While at the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Evans was a Notes Editor for the Georgia Law Review.

Mr. Evans was chosen as a member of Georgia State Bar's Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy for 2012. He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Savannah Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Savannah Bar Association. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Evans serves as a Director and Secretary for Rambo Committee, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting The Christian Hospital Mungeli in Mungeli, India, and as a Director for the Savannah Center for the Blind and Low Vision in Savannah, Georgia. . He also serves as Vice-President of the Savannah Chapter of the University of Georgia Alumni Association and is a founding member of the St. David’s Society of Savannah, Savannah’s Welsh heritage society.
