Estate Planning, 2nd marriage

Mr. Dickey helped us to plan our estates taking into consideration we both have children from previous marriages and one elderly parent. We wanted to plan for the surviving spouse but also these other family members. He explained our options in detail and helped us create and later revise our plan.... He prepared wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and a trust. It is such a relief to know that we have a good, solid estate plan in place. He and his staff were excellent to work with.
