Excellent Attorney/Counselor

adoption process which included a Superior Court trial. We don’t think that we could have have found a more knowledgeable, professional, and caring person than Jocelyn Daniel. Her knowledge of the current statues and their application to our case was exceptional. And, she proved it in Superior Cou...rt when presenting our case. From a professional perspective what we expected from the attorney was a communicator; someone who would address all of our concerns, and who was available when we needed to speak with her. She exceeded those expectations. If she was not immediately available (most likely in court), she returned our calls promptly. The bottomline was that she cared about us! We highly recommend Jocelyn if you need an attorney; especially for a child custody or adoption matter.

Adoption

Our daughter passed away June 8th, 2021. We hired Jocelyn in July to adopt our grand daughter because our daughter an grand child lived with us since she was born. It was in the best interest an well being to adopt our grand baby but the father contested. Jocelyn worked long an hard on this case for ...9 months, because of the loss of our daughter Jocelyn knew this was a very hard an emotional road to tow for us. She handled it so well 5 stars isn't good enough. She had all the evidence an everything we needed to win an we did! She is the best attorney an hands down should be your #1 pick. Thank you Jocelyn!

A wonderful and dutiful lawyer.

Mrs. Daniell handled a custody issue for me and my children, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.
