Excellent Attorney/Counselor

adoption process which included a Superior Court trial. We don’t think that we could have have found a more knowledgeable, professional, and caring person than Jocelyn Daniel. Her knowledge of the current statues and their application to our case was exceptional. And, she proved it in Superior Cou...rt when presenting our case. From a professional perspective what we expected from the attorney was a communicator; someone who would address all of our concerns, and who was available when we needed to speak with her. She exceeded those expectations. If she was not immediately available (most likely in court), she returned our calls promptly. The bottomline was that she cared about us! We highly recommend Jocelyn if you need an attorney; especially for a child custody or adoption matter.

Amazing! Can’t recommend her enough!

Jocelyn was great every step of the way. Communication was great! She was honest with me the whole way through, she’s straight and to the point and does a great job in the courtroom. I wouldn’t have wanted any other attorney on my case.

Best possible results

Mrs. Daniell handled a custody issue for me and my children, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. Mrs. Daniell handled the case with the utmost sensitivity and care, and the open communication between attorney and client was one I had never experienced before. Her staff is most helpful... and they make sure that everything is handled in a timely manner. I would recommend Mrs. Daniell to anyone in need of an attorney for any family related issue. I thank her and her staff for all of their help, but especially in giving my case the time and attention it needed in order to help my children. Awesome attorney, couldn't have asked for more.

Very professional and trustworthy
