As a working professional Dad who at the time boasted an almost non existent support system & a very demanding job title.....I thought that my chances of gaining joint physical custody of my two young children would be virtually impossible. Jocelyn walked me through each stage of divorce & custody p...rocess & kept me encouraged. As a result of Jocelyn's experience in divorce proceedings, I was made aware of several things in which certain marriages require you to ignore for the sake of family stability. Jocelyn thinks on her feet & navigates well within her craft.... However, throughout all of the hundreds of conversations we had during the divorce process; the one that I'll always remember was the one we had about "character". She said that she wouldn't have taken the case if mine was lacking. In the end, I gained joint physical custody of my children & now my kids see me as a Father vs. a wallet they get to hang out with every other weekend & the experiences we've had, getting to watch them grow & develop was certainly worth fighting for! She works hard for her clients!

Mrs. Daniell's has been my lawyer for some time now. She gave me the best birthday gift by personally driving to the courthouse to make sure my divorce decree was filed on my Birthday. She didn't want me to have to wait over the weekend till Monday. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Anytime ...I've had a concern or question she is quick to get back to me. I was very impressed with how she handled my case in court and the resolution. With her as my lawyer I received five years of alimony. I was a stay at home mom most of my marriage with my ex contracting overseas. So it was a blessing to have that as I have been out of the work force for a number of years. With that I can pursue a degree to ensure a better future for myself and kids. You can't go wrong by retaining her.

Best attorney in Warner Robins

I used Mrs Jocelyn as my attorney for a divorce case involving child custody. I was very pleased with the outcome.
