Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes

When reviewing options for an attorney, as well as having a consultation with another attorney prior, I came across Mrs. Hynes and it was the best decision I could have made. She makes you feel like you and your family's best interest is her goal and makes you comfortable in the most stressing situa...tions that are involved in a divorce/custody case. She and her office staff are kind and patient with questions no matter how small. Whether by phone or email, I do not feel I have been put aside when I have contacted the office. I would highly recommend Mrs. Hynes when you are looking for your best interest in an attorney.

I hired attorney Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes two months ago in late June after much review and research. Prior to Ms. Hynes, I have been involved in an on/off custody battle that began initially in 2009. Throughout this process I have worked with five attorneys and I have gone before three different ju...dges. Ms. Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes has been the best experience I have had with any Family Law attorney throughout this entire ordeal. Even as I type this review, I can tell you that without GOD and Ms. Hynes I would not have been granted temporary custody of my three minor children on August 7th. Her professionalism ranks among the best that I have worked with. You will NOT find a better attorney in Houston County. She is extremely prompt in responding to emails and strives to make herself available by telephone and/or SKYPE when needed. I have NEVER felt like Ms. Hynes has avoided my emails or disregarded my inquiries. Just as important is the professionalism displayed by the staff in her firm, everyone is friendly and respectful. Aside from professionalism, the staff are prompt in handling court documents and staying on task with deadlines. Ms. Hynes has offered to SKYPE with me over the weekend in an attempt to accommodate my schedule. She has surpassed my expectations and renewed my faith in the attorney/client relationship. If you want the best, disregard the rest. Hire Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes hands down!

I was very disturbed to see the negative review posted by this Kelly person. Mrs. Hynes was not only incredibly knowledgeable and competent as my child custody lawyer, she was compassionate and caring and didn't hesitate to tell me the complete truth. This is not a trustworthy profession and Lawyers ...overall have earned a very shady reputation as backstabbing and underhanded people that will do anything for an almighty dollar. I, for lack of a better phrase, was up that special creek without a paddle when Mrs. Hynes was recommended to me and I shudder to think of what my life would be like today without her aid. She earned much more than a victory for me in court. She earned a lifelong customer and friend should she ever need it. She was thorough and detailed in her assessment, diligent in her filing and court appearances, and always available by phone, email, and even in person most times should I have the slightest concern or question. Her staff is more than competent and efficient and I couldn't ask for a better experience. and as far as any money is concerned, not only is she worth EVERY PENNY, but she is more than flexible as far as payments and schedules with her clients. If you are EVER in need of legal assistance with family law, There is no other lawyer to call than Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes!!

Mrs. Hynes has represented me in two different cases one is on going as we speak, but I wouldn't trust my life n my kids with anyone else, she has given me the best advice, emailed me back ( even after hours, holidays ) she always keeps me up to date step by step with the case, couldn't ask for a mor...e driven, get the job done right attorney!!!!!

Mrs. Hynes represented me in a very lengthy and complicated divorce/custody case a few years back and I still call her for legal advice. Not only does she go above and beyond with her professional responsibilities, she has gone out of her way to meet with me to discuss issues of concern. Mrs. Hynes's office is run by a hard working staff who are always helpful, courteous, and organized. They were always "on time" when it came to deadlines and filing court documents. Mrs. Hynes, in my opinion, is one of the best Family Law Attorneys in this area and I would highly reccommend.
