Replied last March 15, 2017Thank you, Josh. So happy it worked out so well, but I had no doubt it would! As for the length of time it took to go to Court, it is difficult, at best, when the other side is not available, and then just before Court, they hire Counsel - who is also "not available." Our Courts are backlogged, unfortunately. I am glad you understand that an Attorney's power does not extend to telling the Court what to do and when to do it. It was a pleasure working with you, and I hope you never have to retain Counsel again. But if you do, I look forward to working with you.
