Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes

I've read through the reviews and can only suspect that any negative ones were probably self caused. I worked with Danielle and her staff over the last 2 years. She has been by my side since the beginning. The knowledge/wisdom she had as well as court room demeanor was awesome. She's handled my d...ivorce, and my custody matters. And at the end of the day, she provided me and my family a service that will never be forgotten. I recommend her for any of your family law needs.

Mrs. Hynes has gone beyond what we ever expect or asked for. We used her for a child custody battle over 4 years ago and had to hire her again which we had hoped to never need her again, but luckily when we did she remembered us and our previous case. Sharp as a nail, full of so much knowledge, I ha...ve so much respect for Danielle Hynes. This time we were dealing with Alienated children that with their mother was able to use DFCS on us. Luckily Danielle protected our family and even allowed us to hug her and cry on her shoulder whenever needed. She has given us advice to help us stay sane and healthy. She fights hard for good people and is amazingly a Lawyer with a heart. We will hopefully never need her again but if we do, we will hire Danielle again. Thank you for all you have done for our family Mrs. Hynes. We can't thank you enough! Mrs. Whitney, Danielle's assistant has been very professional and helpful as well. Ms. Hynes took my case when no other lawyers in the state would. She helped me get custody of my son who lived in another state. Since the original divorce and custody was handled in Georgia then she was able to work some magic to modify custody for me. It was a long process, but well worth the wait ...to be able to have my son live with me and finish out his adolescent years. Thank you so much for all the aggravating turn abouts that we had with the other party and their counsel. I highly recommend Ms. Hynes.

Mrs. Hynes represented me during my uncontested divorce in 2015 and once again for a change of child custody a year later when my ex wife lost our daughter through defax. My ex wife was not present at our preliminary hearing, but was present for our final hearing. Though my ex wife had no leg to stan...d on, Mrs. Hynes came very prepared and ready to protect the safety of my daughter. Both times I retained Mrs. Hynes, her and her staff always responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Mrs. Hynes's staff is very knowledgeable and hard working. My only complaint is how long it took to get my superior court preliminary hearing and final hearing, but that was out of Mrs. Hynes hands. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Hynes and her staff to anyone who is seeking a lawyer in family law!

The non-custodial parent of my step children could not parent properly nor stop trying to take kids from their father and I after she agreed the children should live here. We had hired a previous attorney from Macon to handle our case for second time as first time he done well. The second time he was...n't prepared and seemed intimidated by fact that she had hired Mr. Rockefeller that he literally stomped his foot in court in front of judge and let her attorney run all over him placing kids in harm's way saying he couldn't do anything. In desperation I took referral of Mrs. Hynes from a friend and she came on as our attorney immediately and was able to find a loop hole of her attorney not doing his job and get everything her attorney did removed in about 15 minutes and got case out of Jones County back to Houston which is VERY familiar with her face. Mrs. Hynes was able to go into case with enough force that the other parent drop case before final hearing. It seems from her own admission that it was recommended to her to do such by her lawyer as Hynes don't play and her case would not hold up to Mrs. Hynes skills.
