WOW!!!! Really don't know where to start. Wish there was more than 5 stars. Not only is this one of the most knowledgeable, caring , and honest person and attorney you will ever meet. One thing when Ms. Hynes tells you something you can rest assure that it will be done to the best of her ability. Ms.... Hynes will not pull any punches with you she is straight up and honesty and prepares you with every scenario so you are prepared. Ms. Hynes has an awesome and knowledgeable staff who are as honest and supportive as Ms. Hynes. Ms. Hynes took on our case and we owe her more than money and words can describe. She fought for the wellbeing of our child and she helped me and stood beside me and held me up until our case was over and we WON!!!! If you want/need the best in a family court she is the one that you need especially when there are children involved.

I've read through the reviews and can only suspect that any negative ones were probably self caused. I worked with Danielle and her staff over the last 2 years. She has been by my side since the beginning. The knowledge/wisdom she had as well as court room demeanor was awesome. She's handled my d...ivorce, and my custody matters. And at the end of the day, she provided me and my family a service that will never be forgotten. I recommend her for any of your family law needs.

Mrs. Hynes represented me during my uncontested divorce in 2015 and once again for a change of child custody a year later when my ex wife lost our daughter through defax. My ex wife was not present at our preliminary hearing, but was present for our final hearing. Though my ex wife had no leg to stan...d on, Mrs. Hynes came very prepared and ready to protect the safety of my daughter. Both times I retained Mrs. Hynes, her and her staff always responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Mrs. Hynes's staff is very knowledgeable and hard working. My only complaint is how long it took to get my superior court preliminary hearing and final hearing, but that was out of Mrs. Hynes hands. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Hynes and her staff to anyone who is seeking a lawyer in family law!

When my son was about 3 years old I was going through a horrendous custody. Danielle always gave me upfront advice never overcharged me and stood up for my son's rights and mine in the courtroom. Danielle's advice,and her knowledge of the law is stellar!! Because of her I got a very toxic human being... away from my family. Mrs Hynes is the only person I will ever recommend if anyone is ever having any family court issues in this county. Not only is she fair, she's honest. I am sure that with any top notch attorney their are favorable and less than favorable outcomes to cases. I am also sure that an attorney can only be as good as a client will allow them to be. My case with Mrs. Danielle was always prompt and well handled by both herself and her very competent and cou...rteous staff. She fought with me for a year to gain custody of my two precious girls and there is no one I would rather have at my side in any court room ever. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her profession and competent in her advice. She worked very hard to keep me informed of everything that was going on and I never went more than 24 hours before I received a response to any email or phone call. She navigated seamlessly through some of the roughest waters in my life and my family would not be in tact now if it wasn't for her expert skill. So I am unsure how this "client" is under the impression that they were in any way cheated or given inappropriate advice. I have recommended her time and time again and every time I have heard nothing but the same extremely high praise and opinion of this amazing and dynamic attorney and her amazing staff. SO while I am sure that this person probably felt they had every right to feel the way that they do, I would advise anyone looking for the best family lawyer in the state, to look no further than Mrs. Danielle D'Eor-Hynes.
