Mo took much more time out of his day than expected to help with me with my terrible situation. He was always there when I needed a question answered and honestly felt like a father figure. He is beyond kind and will answer all of your questions truthfully. I cannot thank this man enough, he literally did EVERYTHING in his power to assist me in my multiple situations. Thank you again Mo
If you choose another Lawyer, you made a mistake. Pick this man over EVERYONE

Mr. Wiltshire was excellent. I had an situation where I wasn't sure if charges would be filed. Mo spent the time with me on the phone explaining the process to expect and a few scenarios that could happen. He advised me how and what to potentially to prepare for. Due to his advice, I avoided charges being filed. He also double checked and ensured everything was ok. To top it off, he did this leg-work pro bono with the understanding he would be my counsel should a real legal situation arise. It is impossible to find a extremely busy attorney that will spend even a little time for advice and follow up that Mr. Wiltshire assisted me with. I highly recommend Mr. Wiltshire for anyone seeking an ethical. reasonable, top quality Attorney.

I'm writing this as a testimony for Morris Wiltshire who I retained last year to represent me for a DUI charge last year.
During a very chaotic period of my life, I decided on Mr. Wiltshire first, after reading his positive reviews; but than I was sold after reading his resume where he has served as both a successful former prosecutor and now, as a defense attorney.
His office initially gathered all information regarding my case. After, Mo initiated a very concise interview with me. He assessed my case and assured me that he would handle all of the proceedings.
During the next 9 months, there were several motions, hearings, and discussions with my case direction.
Mo really came through for me from start to finish. His level of communication was superior. We talked often always giving me assurance that every detail was being handled.
Towards the end of these proceedings, Mo went after the best deal possible with the prosecutor. I highly recommend Morris Wiltshire for his knowledge of the law, honesty and upfront direction. He is tenacious towards every detail, and very aggressive in defending a client towards the best possible solution.

I was arrested for a DUI Less Safe (blew under legal limit) earlier this year and seeing as though I have never been in any type of trouble legally, it was an incredibly disheartening and panic-filled situation. I knew that in order to fight for my name to be cleared I needed a lawyer who was not only competent, but someone I could trust to advocate fully on my behalf. After researching and interviewing several lawyers, I chose Mr. Wiltshire as the most able lawyer to defend my case. After feeling betrayed, let down, and frustrated with our legal system, Mr. Wiltshire was able to not only calm my fears, but he defended my case with the utmost finesse, getting the Solicitor’s office to dismiss the DUI charge altogether. From all the research I conducted prior to even hiring Mr. Wiltshire, I was well aware that the odds of a dismissal were incredibly slim considering the stringent and punitive approach taken in Athens-Clarke County. I truly believe that he is the only attorney who could have reached the outcome I received. Mr. Wiltshire is not only very skilled as a lawyer, but he is a kind and humble man who truly cares for his clients. Without any reservation I highly recommend Mr. Wiltshire to any individual experiencing a similar situation.

Even though I didn't get a chance to use him because my son has gotten into court early the next morning, he still called and followed up on my email in a quickly and timely matter. So that's an A+ review for me just that alone. Thanks for responding to me so quickly!!!

I have learned that good citizens can at some point in their lives find themselves "on the other side of the law." I had never experienced the effects of worry where I literally couldn't eat or sleep, but that is how I felt when my son came into some trouble. When my husband and I visited Mr. Wiltshire, he looked into my dark-circled eyes and said, "Mom. Stop worrying. You are hiring me to do that for you." He then gave us the advice we so desperately needed within a 45 minute time frame. He is firm, authoritative, and truthful to his clients. I left his office, and the weight of the world was lifted off of my shoulders. I ate my first meal that night without feeling sick. Things only got better, and now we are trouble free. I would advise anyone to go to Mr. Wiltshire who finds themselves in legal trouble. You'll be glad that you did.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mr. Wiltshire and his professional staff. They are not only on top of your case and looking out for your best interest but also care about you and your family as you go through a difficulty process. Mr. Wiltshire made us feel very confident that our case was being handled on a timely basis with constant communication as to what direction the case was going and what our options would be. Mr. Wiltshire's staff answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Mr. Wiltshire's is very respected in his field, which was demonstrated by his good communication with prosecutors and judges in our community. I would highly recommend using Mr. Wiltshire for any legal services you may need since he is the best!!!!!!!!

I would highly recommend Mr. Morris Wiltshire to anyone who wants a extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable attorney in any type of court case. As parents we all fear the time when one of our own children might be accused of a crime. More devastating however, is when you know your child is innocent and you feel helpless. Mr. Wiltshire not only took our case, but quickly understood the situation and knew exactly how to proceed. My child's case was dismissed and now my child is ready to graduate from college and start a career without a record. We will always be grateful to his kindness and his expertise and would recommend him to anyone in need of legal help.

I was arrested in Athens Clarke County on a DUI charge and immediately began combing the internet for representation. It did not take long to stumble upon Mr. Wiltshire's name and after reading the stellar reviews, I decided to give him a call. It only took 2 minutes on the phone with him to know he was the right guy for the job. I spoke with numerous lawyers, but Mo stood out from the crowd. I was very appreciative of the fact that he was straightforward with me through the whole process and always kept me informed. He never got my expectations too high, but kept me comfortable through it all. The process took some time, but ultimately he was able to use his relationships (he knows everybody....really, everybody) and experience to get me a favorable pre-trial disposition in the form of a lesser charge. I believe this was a fair resolution and would choose Mo again if I could do it over. Thank you Mo for caring about your clients and for keeping a DUI off my record!

My decision to drink and drive was a very poor decision and also was hiring Mr. Wiltshire. On the phone he assured me that he had a lot of pull in the city I was arrested in. I told him that I admitted to the officer that I had been drinking. I also told him that I did a road side breathalyzer and a field sobriety test and failed both. Wiltshire assured me that I would be alright. He claimed that I did the smart thing by being co-operative with the police officer. Needless to say, court rolls around and he went against his word and said that there was nothing that he could do for me. Be careful what you believe from him and don't ever get your hopes up on him because he was a waist of time and money. I would have gotten the same result going by myself and pleeding guilty.
