Kim Stephens aggressively defends people accused of crimes. He graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S.Ed. in Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Sport Management. While attending UGA, Kim started 46 games (a Bulldog record at the time) and lettered for four years on the Bulldogs’ football team receiving numerous academic and athletic honors including: team captain; NCAA Post Graduate Scholarship; Region III GTE Academic All American; Toyota Leadership Award; Football News All American; Academic All Southeastern Conference; and All Southeastern Conference.
Kim completed his law degree at the Georgia State University College of Law and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1993. He worked with the largest law firm in Northeast Georgia as a litigator handling personal injury cases, civil matters, UGA Student cases, NCAA investigations, and criminal cases in Athens, around the State of Georgia, and in the Southeastern United States.
