I have known Emily for quite some time and have needed her council on several family related issues. The most recent was involving my son and the custody of his child in his divorce case. Emily was overly generous with her time and resources to help us in this very touchy situation. Her legal secretary, Rachel, is one of the most helpful and friendliest people in the profession. Emily represented my other son on another matter and was able to mediate on his behalf to dissolve the issue. Emily represented me in a custody case. The case was being decided in Georgia and I live in South Carolina. I only had to visit Emily's office on two occasions to sign papers.
