Bankruptcy process
Ken took the time to explain the bankruptcy process to me and outlined my options thoroughly. He was always prompt for appointments and clearly well-versed in the procedures. He made what could have been an uncomfortable situation seem much less intimidating.

Great Lawyer
Mr. Parker helped me throught a very difficult financial situation and I was always able to talk to him personally.
"I recommend this lawyer because he has a very active presence in the Bankruptcy field. He has an especially high participation in helping Avvo askers by giving them solid, practical and honest advice. This is the type of advice that clients need when they hire someone to file a bankruptcy."
"I endorse this lawyer. All of my Bankruptcy questions and clients are directed to Ken, and I've never been disappointed with that decision."
"I endorse Ken Parker. I have known Ken for years and know him to be an excellent, experienced, and compassionate advocate for his clients. I recommend him without hesitation and know that clients I refer to him will be in good hands and will receive top quality legal representation from an attorney who always puts the needs and best interests of his clients first."
"I first met Ken some twenty years ago in law school, where he was always a pleasant and good contributor in class. Like his father before him (now passed on), he has dedicated himself to helping people with problems, and I recommend him to any needing his help."
"Ken is an excellent attorney. He continues the family tradition of practicing law. He is a fellow member in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He is compassionate and he works hard for his clients. Ken is active in the bar and with both national and state Trial Lawyers Associations . He limits his practice to helping those who are injured in accidents and on the job injuries. His firm also help folks with in Federal Court for consumer bankruptcy. Howard Spiva"
